What is the duration of this sale?

Two weeks, beginning September 16, 2020 and ending September 30, 2020, at 11:59 PM (EST).

 

Where are the proceeds of this sale going?

All proceeds from the Rookie Print Sale will be donated to the Movement Voter Project, which distributes donations to over 400 local grassroots organizations working to turn out voters in their communities. Movement continually assesses where extra funding will make the most difference, with all the groups they donate to listed here

 

Can I submit artwork to be a part of the sale? How can I get involved?

We’re happy you’d like to be involved! Our participants are finalized, and we are not accepting new artwork.

 

What paper and printing method do you use for the prints?

Printful uses a thick, durable, archival, acid-free, matte paper stock. It is 10.3 millimeters thick and weighs 189 grams per square meter. The prints are created with ink-jet printing, also known as giclée.

 

Do the prints have borders?

Some prints have a white border to achieve the dimensions of the 8 x 10 inch paper. There are additional images on these products’ pages to show you how they look with a border (see example here). If not pictured with a second image, the print will be full bleed.

Are prints signed by each artist?

No.

How big are the stickers and how do you print them?

Each whole sticker sheet is 5.5 x 5.5 inches. Printful uses durable, high opacity adhesive vinyl.

When and how will I receive my order?

If shipping in the U.S., your order will take up to 14 business days to produce and ship from the time of order confirmation. If shipping internationally, please allow up to four weeks for your order to be produced and shipped.

 

Please note that due to COVID-19, fulfillment and shipping services may be experiencing delays. 

 

We are not able to accommodate rush production or shipping. 

 

Note for customers shipping outside the U.S.: Rookie Print Sale is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs, or fees that may apply upon delivery. They are not included in the price at checkout. These fees vary by shipping region and package, and we are not able to calculate or pay them on your behalf. 

 

Return Policy 

Due to the limited time offering and charitable nature of this sale, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or returns on any items, and we only offer replacement of merchandise for damaged items and unfulfilled deliveries.

 

Damaged items

If there is a manufacturing defect to your order caused by Printful, please contact us within one week of receiving your order using this form. Please include your order number and a description of the damage.

 

Unfulfilled deliveries

When your order was confirmed, you received an email confirmation from Printful including an estimated delivery date. If you have not received your order by this date, please contact us within one week of the estimated delivery date using this form. Please include your order number and estimated delivery date. 

 

If you do not contact us within one week of receiving your damaged items or the missed delivery date, our window to report the problem to Printful will close and we will be unable to make this right. Please get in touch with us as soon as an issue becomes apparent, and allow 1-2 business days for us to get back to you.
